EPP Update
On July 30, 2009, we informed the membership that we were "leaving money on the table". We explained what we needed to do to improve the EPP Payout. We accomplished that by identifying, inputting, and the implementation process for the TBBI's. Lastly, we demonstrated how TBBI's were directly connected to the amount of payout. At that time the average EPP Payout was $1,714.00.
You responded and took action. As a result, the payout significantly increased. This is a good example of what we can do when we work together for a common goal. This is a job well done for a justly deserved payout - You've earned it!
The current EPP Payout is $2,614.00 and the average November-December, 2008 Payout is $348.00. Both will be on your February 11th, 2010 paycheck.
